Visual omni-wheels based robot simulator built on HTML5 technologies
This simulator was developed to try out various ideas and algorithms for the Robotex 2012 competition. The event was held on 25. november where the robot got the second place in the very competitive professional robotic football league.
The simulator is configured to control a robot with four omni-wheels and two cameras but other arrangements can be created. Click on the screenshot below to have a go against the simple AI using keyboard WASDQE+SPACE buttons or a gamepad.
The whole software stack for the robot including websocket-server based HTML5 dashboard is open-source, check out the soccerbot project.
